We are in the beginning stages. Presently we are seeking investors and residents. We will be opening this Spring, around March of 2025. We are looking to create this community in one of the southern states of the USA. We presently have 100k but that’s only enough to get started.
To become a resident you will need a Camper or RV. There will be a small deposit and monthly fee required to become a resident. You will be responsible for building and maintaining your lot. We will be creating shared spaces like a garden and community center. All residents will be part of a cooperative. We will also be building a campground for guests to visit and will need labor help to make that happen. The guest campground is expected to open in the Spring of 2026.
